ENROLLMENT & SITE TOURS

eNROLLMENT PROCEDURE

At Universal Kids we strive to make the registration process as smooth and stress-free as possible for all families. To ensure a seamless start, all required enrollment documents must be fully completed and all health records submitted before your child’s start date.

Families are welcome to take the enrollment packet home to complete and return it before their child begins care, or you may choose to fill out the forms during your scheduled site tour. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is here to help.

Site Tours

We take pride in welcoming new families to visit our center and explore all that we have to offer. Our team is here to explain our educational program in detail and answer any questions you may have.

Site tours are scheduled by appointment only and are offered in the morning and evening based on availability.

Tour hours are:

Morning Tours: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Afternoon/Evening Tours: 3:15 PM – 6:30 PM

To ensure minimal disruption to our students, we do not conduct tours during nap time, which is from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

During the enrollment process, an assigned start date and service time will be established to ensure we are prepared for your child’s arrival. Please note that one week’s tuition is required before or at the time of service in order for your child to begin care. The newly enrolled child must arrive to school with all of their required necessities.
